What do I need to get started?
Just your domain name and a digital signature. You install nothing and you don't give us any passwords.
Is this a penetration test?
No. We only look at what's visible from the outside. We don't try to get in and we change nothing on your systems.
Will my website or server notice?
Barely. We scan gently and at low speed. Your hosting provider may see the scan, so feel free to let them know in advance.
How quickly do I get the report?
Usually within a few hours of the scan, by email. The first scan starts once the order is signed and paid.
What if you find something serious?
For any new finding rated high or critical, you get an alert right away, with the steps to fix it.

Do you fix the problems too?
No, we report them. Each finding comes with steps, so your own people or your IT partner can fix it. Afterwards you can request a retest.
What's the difference between the plans?
Only how often we scan. The scan and the report are the same in every plan. Scanning more often means you see a new problem sooner.
Can I switch plans later?
Moving to a plan with more scans is possible any time. Moving to fewer scans takes effect at the end of the contract period.
What about the term and cancelling?
The contract runs for 12 months and then renews for 12 months at a time. Cancel by email at least one month before the end. You'll get a reminder in advance.
How do I pay?
At the start of each contract year you get one invoice for the whole year. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I share the report?
You may share the scan summary unchanged with customers or your insurer. It isn't a seal of approval or a certificate.
Does this help with NIS2?
It gives you insight into what's visible from the outside. It isn't a certification and no guarantee that you comply with NIS2.
Do you use AI?
Our own scanner determines the findings. AI only helps write the explanation in plain language.
What if our domain changes?
Email us with proof that the new domain is yours. The scans you've already paid for move over to the new domain.
